Hayden Chamber of Commerce Networking, Business & Connections Presents:
Glenn Miles-Executive Director with KMPO
(Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization)
"A Discussion on the Future" KMPO's purpose is to provide continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive transportation planning throughout Kootenai County. Regional transportation planning requires an understanding of the past, recognition of current conditions, and the ability to provide an economically achievable, environmentally balanced, and consumer-friendly transportation system that enables the region to reach its full potential. KMPO provides a coordinated planning effort between the public, cities, small towns, the county, highway districts, the state, transit providers, and the Coeur d'Alene Tribe.
