• History Hour with Don Pischner

Third generation Idahoan Don Pischner will tell the story of the Halsey Brothers. Mr. Pischner, whose grandparents settled north of Hayden Lake during the 1890s, represented the people of North Idaho as a four-term legislator. Ever since, Mr. Pischner's love of Idaho's history, including the politics, characters and events of its territorial era, has only grown. In the 1980s, he served on the Board of Directors for the Museum of North Idaho, and he currently serves as the District 1 Trustee to the Idaho State Historical Society.
